Speed-to-Lead report: Northside Plumbing
Everything below is a sample. The business, the times and the replies are invented to show what your free report looks like. Your report uses your real times.
This is a sample, not a real business. Your report looks like this, with your real times. See the full sample page.
The test enquiry
“Hi, TEST from SpeedToLead. My kitchen tap has been dripping for a week and the cupboard under it is wet. Can someone come this week? What would it roughly cost?” Sent through the site's contact form at 9:14 AM local time on a Tuesday, from speedtolead@mail.tab.bot, with a phone number that belongs to us.
The timeline
0 min: the form page said “Thanks, we'll be in touch.” No email, no text.
5 min: nothing.
1 h: nothing.
6 h 12 min: a two-line email: “Hi, yes we can come out. Let us know a good time.” No price range, no booking link, no phone call.
24 h: nothing further.

Fast enough to not lose everyone, slow enough to lose anyone who also asked two other plumbers. The reply gave the customer work to do instead of a next step.
- An auto-reply within 1 minute that says a real person will call within 2 hours in opening hours, and gives the price range for a tap repair.
- A text to the customer's phone at the same time, since most people are not watching email at 9 AM.
